The plot features a "strangely garbed woman named Ada" who tasks the duo with traveling into the Crystalline Cavern—a significant location from Attack on Titan—to rescue her friend from a hidden cult.

The questline focuses on "strange tests and a fearsome foe" and is open to all players who have gained access to the Yasuke character.

The teaser showcases the Subterranean Sanctuary from Attack on Titan recreated as the Crystal Cave. This historic location was previously where the Reiss royal family transmitted the Founding Titan ability through eras. The trailer ends with a striking sequence showing a character, presumably the captive, morphing into a Titan that towers over Naoe and Yasuke.
